Start Your Day the LonoLife Way!

As the old adage goes, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. But do you know why? According to the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, eating breakfast encourages healthier eating, balances blood sugar levels, kick-starts your metabolism, boosts energy levels, stimulates the brain, and promotes heart health.

Despite all these benefits of eating breakfast, with a busy, on the go schedule, it can be hard to find the time to eat, let alone prepare a healthy, balanced breakfast. Too often folks rely on heavily processed protein and granola bars for breakfast, which contain lots of added and unnecessary sugar. According to Healthline, some granola bars contain the same amount of sugar, carbs, and calories as a candy bar.

Thankfully, we’ve got some great ways that you can utilize LonoLife for a healthy and nutritious breakfast. With a little bit of planning ahead the night before, you can make sure that you always have the fuel to keep you going for even the busiest days.
