Nutritious and Delicious Cocktails with LonoLife

Whether you like ‘em shaken or stirred, cocktails are always a delightful indulgence. While cocktails are enjoyed by adults around the world, their origin remains a mystery.

Cocktails, like many alcoholic beverages, are oftentimes filled with sugar, empty calories, and little to no nutritional value. Alcohol consumption also leads to dehydration, which is one of the major causes of a hangover. As explained in an article from Thirsty Work, alcohol consumption can reduce the amount of the hormone vasopressin that your body produces. Vasopressin helps with water retention, so less of it in your body can mean you’ll become dehydrated much more quickly.

While there is no real cure for a hangover aside from hydration and moderation, adding LonoLife to your cocktails can add nutrients, protein, and essential amino acids that will help keep you refreshed and fueled after any night of enjoying libations. We’ve crafted a few cocktail recipes that are sure to become staples of your bar repertoire.
